TERMS OF SERVICE

𓆩✦𓆪 By commissioning me, you have read and fully agree to my terms of service.𓆩✦𓆪 Any statement or terms can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission𓆩✦𓆪 If you're not comfortable with my TOS and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.𓆩✦𓆪 Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.𓆩✦𓆪 I have the right to decline any commission request if it makes me feel uncomfortable.
█▒Payment and Fees
𓆩✦𓆪Initial payments are preferred to be paid in FULL upon commissioning. Half price initial payment is accepted, however progress will not start unless payment is in 100% (Commissions that are full paid or with rush fees takes priority).I accept installment payments; however, please note that work on your commission will only begin once full payment has been completed. This policy is in place to protect the artist from unexpected cancellations during the process.𓆩✦𓆪 All prices are subjected to change based on the complexity and length of the commissions. Additional charges may be requested after the final product is sent.𓆩✦𓆪Payments can be sent on Paypal Invoice
Personal Art - Actual commissioned art or artwork won't generate any form of profit (Non-profit social media/sites)Commercial Art - The actual commissioned art or artwork will generate income or financial gains (Using it on Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok) Vtubing assets or Vtubing branding are automaticaly considered as Commercial ArtPrinting Merchandise - 3x of the base price
𓆩✦𓆪Rush Fee If there's a specific deadline, a rush fee may apply(Skip the waitlist):𓆩✦𓆪No installment options for rush orders
Less than a 2 months: 50% of the base priceLess than a month: 100% of the base priceLess than a 2 weeks: 200% of the base price
𓆩✦𓆪Private Fees will be added to the base price if the client wants to private the commission and posted on a specific date. I will post the commissioned art on my portfolio unless you stated that it's a private commission. (Debut date or showcase) Private fee ranges from 50% - 70% of the base price.𓆩✦𓆪Design Fees will be charged for clients with no character sheet. Full references are required, otherwise it will be counted as additional design commission.
█▒Refund and Chargebacks
𓆩✦𓆪 Kindly only commission me if you are comfortable.𓆩✦𓆪 No refunds unless I have to cancel your order for some reason, or I haven't placed you on the waitlist. Being on the waitlist signifies your willingness to proceed with the commission.𓆩✦𓆪If you issued charge backs or refund the following applies:
❣Any ownership and rights from the artwork I made will be removed from you.
❣The artist is allowed to sell the design they made.
❣Conversations will be submitted to Paypal as an evidence of the aggrement.
❣Issuing a chargeback will result in blacklisting you and alerting my fellow artist about you on my social media.
█▒Timeframe
𓆩✦𓆪 The time of your commission can be up to 2 weeks to 4 months depending on your place in queue, payment and communication time.𓆩✦𓆪 Commissions with animated aspects requires longer time to finish.𓆩✦𓆪Please be patient while waiting for updates. I update the Trello board regularly to reflect real-time progress. I usually work on commissions in small portions, rotating between projects to maintain quality and avoid burnout. This means your commission might progress gradually, but I’ll ensure consistent updates.𓆩✦𓆪 Kindly specify your deadline, by not specifying a deadline for the commission or you don't have one, you are giving me the flexibility to prioritize rushed orders and place you on the wait list accordingly. However, I will keep you informed about the progress of your commission once I begin working on it.
█▒Storage
𓆩✦𓆪Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
█▒Usage and Credits
𓆩✦𓆪Client and artist are allowed to post WIPs or the actual commissioned piece on the platform unless stated that it's private.
𓆩✦𓆪You may repost the art on your social medias but kindly credit me or provide a link to my social media.
𓆩✦𓆪Client must not claim the work as their own.Kindly credit my work in your social medias whenever you post it or a spot in your streaming platform (Twitch "Credit Panel" or Youtube Description)
𓆩✦𓆪Do not resell the any models without asking my permission first, I wanna know the new owner of the model.
𓆩✦𓆪Do not edit,trace or modify the model/art I sent you.
𓆩✦𓆪Do not share the PSD model publicly.
𓆩✦𓆪The client is responsible to save the files from the download link I will provide, the files will be there for 3 months.
𓆩✦𓆪Never mint my art in any form of A! or NFT system.
